Questions and answers

I have a voucher to have afternoon tea at the Braid Hills Hotel booked by a friend who is a member. The booking is for 21st November at 1.30pm . I am trying to cancel and rebook as my friend's mother has taken very poorly and is in hospital. I contacted The hotel and they tell me I have to cancel and rebook through this site. I have joined in order to be able to contact you.

What to expect

  • Festive afternoon tea for two with an optional glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Dec 2022 until Fri 23 Dec 2022, 7 days, 12noon - 3pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 6 people per table. 

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
