Hi the the valid from is 1 jan 2023 to 31 jan 2023, must be booked by March 2023 is this a miss print?

This was an error on our website which has since been corrected, so I'm happy to confirm that this voucher is valid to use from Tuesday 3rd January 2023 - Friday 31st March 2023.

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with optional Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 - Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days 12.30pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change,

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: Includes a 125ml of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
