My husband has just purchased 2 Amarone vouchers to use next Saturday with friends and having read the small print I thought it was valid 7 days given its valid from Fri ... Jan to Sunday ... March. I now cannot use this voucher when I intended to so I’d like a refund. I’ve also sent an email to your support team. Thanks.

I have this voucher- but as we are in lock-down and the restaurant is closed, and has been for several months, I have not been able to use it. Will the validity of the voucher be extended? If not I would like a refund please. Thankyou
