I'm afraid multiple voucher purchases are not permitted for voucher options 2 or 3, but you are welcome to purchase multiple vouchers for option 1, the overnight stay in a Privilege room with a bottle of wine in room on arrival, spa access and full Scottish breakfast.

I just called the hotel to book with this voucher (I called to check availability before buying the voucher) and the girl on the phone had no idea about it - do I book through it is on or book via phoning the hotel? Thanks for clarifying.

Treatments will be subject to availability and issued directly by the Spa at the time of your booking.

2 night stay in a Privilege room, bottle of wine in room on arrival, 3 course dinner with tea or coffee, 40 minute spa treatment each, spa access, full Scottish breakfast and late check-out

Option 1 and 2 voucher is valid until Fri 31 Aug 2018, 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Option 3 voucher is valid until Thurs 30 Aug 2018, Sun – Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Option 1: multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Option 2 and 3: multiple voucher purchases not permitted. Check-in 2pm, late check-out 2pm.

Privilege double room; twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.

Privilege room includes king-size bed, large bathroom with walk-in shower, Nespresso machine, robes and slippers, complimentary soft drinks and snacks, 48" flat-screen TV and views towards the front gardens.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature double room £70 or feature suite £150; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a choice of red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise of your preferred choice at time of booking.

Option 2 and 3 includes a 3 course dinner; menu is seasonal and subject to change. Supplements may apply to some dishes and will be clearly advised by hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.

Free parking available.

Option 2 and 3 include a 40 minute spa treatment each for over 18’s only; suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Max of 2 children permitted; children under 12 stay free including breakfast; additional meals will be charged as taken. Ages 12 and over are classed as adults.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel; please discuss when booking. 

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
