I can confirm options 2 & 3: Includes a £30 dinner allowance to use on the first night only between two people. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian options are available.

Hi Rachael - I was going to ask the same as Shona. Does this offer entitle you to a different menu? Otherwise it doesn't seem to be an offer as you're paying £30 extra to include the meal anyway.

Hi in regards to Covid (uncertain changes all the time) if for any reason we are unable to travel or use the voucher in the time frame because of this would we be entitled to a refund or move to a future date? Thanks

We have gift itison vouchers £50.00 £10.00 = total £60 but having trouble using them both as site only allows me to use one voucher ..can you assist me with booking please.

I can confirm a maximum of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night which is payable directly to the hotel.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast and optional £30 dinner allowance OR
  • 2 night stay for two with £30 dinner allowance on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021 and Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thur 23 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 25 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021, 2 - 4 Apr and 1 May - 31 Oct 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a king room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a £30 dinner allowance to use on the first night only. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian options are available.

Max of 1 child permitted. An upgrade to a king superior room is required at a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
