Hi, I’ve just bought a voucher for 2 nights in the Munro Suite.
In the what to expect itinerary it says - 2 night stay in the Munro suite including breakfast each morning, 3 course dinner one night, packed lunches &late checkout. However packed lunches are missing from the voucher once you actually buy it. Can you confirm if this is an error or not.

2 night stay for two in the Munro suite including breakfast each morning, 3 course dinner one night, chocolate truffles, packed lunches and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Sun 22 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 22 - 26 Dec, 30 Dec 2019 - 3 Jan 2020 and 13 - 15 Feb 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings can be taken from Fri 18 Oct 2019.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Stays in a luxury room can be upgraded to a family suite for an additional supplement, subject to availability; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options exclude 8oz. sirloin steak, seafood platter, roasted guinea fowl and Scottish cheeses; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, Halal, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
