Thanks for getting in touch, although I’m really sorry your voucher code isn’t working.

It’s definitely correct, but the website might be a wee bit sensitive. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend copying and pasting the code directly from your voucher to make sure it matches exactly.

If it still doesn’t work, just drop our support team an email at support@itison.com and we'll be happy to advise further.

I tried to order 3 bottles of firkin gin using gift vouchers to a value of £60 i.e. One for £50 and one for £10. A message came up saying nothing to pay but the order has not been confirmed. Can you advise please
