Hi there, I take it the £299 for 3 nights with Dinner and breakfast is the total cost for 2 x adult stay and not per person.
Also can the 3 days be Fri, Sat & Sun.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I can confirm a max of 1 child is permitted; ages 0-2 years stay free of charge and ages 3+ require a supplementary charge of £25 for an additional bed; payable directly to the hotel.

I have called on several occasions and left a message on the answerphone regarding booking. Have also emailed to check availability and book. Had no reply to both which seems odd. Wondering if there is an issue or if the hotel open at the moment?

Option 1: excludes Mon-Wed arrivals & 27 Nov 2021 - 9 Jan 2022.

Option 2: excludes Sun-Wed arrivals & 27 Nov 2021 - 9 Jan 2022.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm; check-out 10.30am.

Cosy or standard double room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner each night Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian options are available.

Parking available onsite.

Max 1 child permitted; ages 0-2 years stay free of charge and ages 3+ require a supplementary charge of £25 for additional bed; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
