Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Black Ivy directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

Feb - Mar: Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Feb 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 14-16 Feb, 6-8 and 20-22 Mar 2020. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don't want you to miss out!).

April: Voucher is valid from 1 Apr 2020 until Thur 30 Apr 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 10-13 Apr 2020. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Apr 2020 (we don't want you to miss out!).

Party package: Voucher is valid from Mon 10 Feb 2020 until Thur 30 Apr 2020, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 14-16 Feb, 6-8, 20-22 Mar and 10-13 Apr 2020. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Apr 2020 (we don't want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £35 is required for Friday night stays and £50 for Saturday nights; payable directly to hotel.

Once confirmed by the hotel, booking cannot be changed.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Feb - Mar and Apr vouchers: Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Party package: Check-in 4pm, late check-out 1pm. 

Standard double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £50 Park View Suite, £30 Park View Double; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes a £40 food & drink spend valid against the main menu which can be viewed here; subject to change. For 2 night stays food & drink spend must be used on the first night only. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Party Package: Includes a choice of classic cocktails and a Red Bull each in the morning. Cocktail menu is subject to change.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available. Please request an adapted room at time of booking.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
