Hi, is it possible to swap the tea/coffee for a soft drink, I'm thinking of buying this deal as a gift but my friend doesn't drink tea or coffee, only hot chocolate or soft drinks,

Hi I was just wondering if buying two of the afternoon tea for two vouchers would be able to be used together for 4 people to go? As there is no option for 4 without prosecco.

If I buy this now does that mean I have to use it within seven days? I want to book it for Friday 20th but it’s only the 13th.

Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Sep 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, 7 days, 12noon, 2pm or 4pm for sit-in or 11:30am and 1:30pm for takeaway; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 9 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 people per table. 

Afternoon tea menu only; menu subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. These must be mentioned when making the booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. Changes cannot be made to the menu to accommodate dietary requirements.

Includes tea or coffee each.

Options 2 and 3: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 

Table required back after 90 mins. 

Wheelchair access available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
