Hi,

I have purchased the incorrect voucher by mistake. I meant to purchase the sharing board and prosecco voucher and I have accidentally paid for the sharing bird and gin flight voucher. I wonder if I am able to get a refund so I can purchase the correct voucher?

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 14 Apr 2019, 7 days, 12noon – 8pm; subject to availability.

Please note limited availability on Fridays – Sundays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Excludes 2, 9 Feb 2019 and 9 Mar 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Choose from meat or vegetarian sharing boards.

Two person option includes one sharing board.

Four person option includes two sharing boards.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking. No vegan options available.

Option 1 includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.

Option 2 and 4 includes a gin flight each; gin flight incudes 3 x gins each.

Option 3 includes two bottles of Prosecco to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available, please discuss requirements at time of booking.

Children permitted and must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
