I'm happy to let you know your voucher won't have your name on it, and if it helps, you can gift your voucher from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

Hi

I was gifted a voucher for afternoon tea for two and have missed the deadline to book due to being I’ll with Covid. I have asked Brewhemia if it would be possible to still book and they have said no. Is it possible for you to extend the voucher at all please? I spend a lot of money on ItIsOn and would hate to miss out on this due to being unwell. Can you please advise?

Thanks for getting in touch, though I'm sorry to hear the circumstances.

The decision to accept a voucher after the expiry date has passed lies with the venue directly, rather than itison.

If you’re unable to use a voucher in future, we’d ideally ask that you let us know as early as you can and before any book-by or expiry dates. We’ll hopefully then be better placed to try and help.

Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May until Sun 1 Aug 2021, 7 days, 12noon, 2pm or 4pm only; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 - 31 Jan 2021.

Collection is available daily at 11.30am or 1.30pm

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance of your requested date.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Group bookings permitted; max 4 people per group.

Set afternoon tea menu only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options available. Gluten/wheat free options are not available. Changes cannot be made to the menu to accommodate dietary requirements.

Option 2 and 3 include a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Table required back after 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available, please discuss requirements at time of booking.

Children permitted and must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
