Hi. We want it for four adults. But this only shows for two person, so how can we book it?? Two person means it will be a one room can be double bed or twin bed??
Is it possible to speak to someone on phone if there’s any number to contact??

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast, late check-out and optional £30 food & drink voucher OR
  • 2 night stay for two with one £30 food & drink voucher, breakfast both mornings and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable direct.

Excludes 2-3, 7, 12-14, 25 Oct, 3-6, 11-14, 16-18, 20 & 26-28 Nov, 4, 10-12, 19, 23-26 & 30-31 Dec 2021, 1, 28-29 Jan, 18-20 Feb and 15-18, 28 Apr 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 31 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Online bookings only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Include a £30 food & drinks voucher which can be used against any food or drink. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 14 and under and require a £30 (inc breakfast) supplementary charge to upgrade to a family room.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
