There is no availability at this hotel when I looked online

I am trying to get through to hotel to find if hot dates I want before I buy voucher but no one answers , have tried all day , the same happened with the portpatrock deal and now it’s sold out ! Very strange

I have bought the voucher but when I tried to book it won't let me pick any dates even though they look available on the calendar. Can you please help. I had try to call the hotel and they say itison is responsible for this bookings. Please help
