I'm happy to let you know this voucher is valid until Friday 29th March 2019, 7 days a week; subject to availability.

It should be available to buy for the next week or two provided it doesn't sell out.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with early check-in and cream tea on arrival, 3 course dinner and full English breakfast

2 night stay for two with early check-in and cream tea on arrival, 3 course dinner on the first night and full English breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 22 - 26, 31 Dec 2018, 14 Feb 2019, 17, 24, 30, 31 Mar 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.  

Early check-in 1pm, check-out 11am.

Executive double or twin room available; includes bathrobes and chocolates.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £10 to upgrade to a family room and £30 to upgrade to a suite; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes cream tea on arrival with tea and coffee.

Includes a 3 course dinner served in Hardys Bistro or Olympic Dining Room; menu is subject to change. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only. Children's menu available; payable directly to the hotel.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.

Free parking available.

Children permitted; max 1 child per room. Room must be upgraded to a family room at a supplement of £10 per night for children aged 3 - 12; children age 0 -3 are free of charge and a cot can be provided upon request. 

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog and will receive a breakfast sausage each; payable directly to hotel. Please make sure dogs are not left unattended in your room as we will charge for any damage. Dogs are permitted in the restaurant or Hardy’s Bistro.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
