I'm happy to let you know a max of 1 child is permitted on this deal. Under 13’s require a supplementary charge of £35 per night when sharing with adults, ages 13 years and over are classed as adults and will require their own room and voucher.

Re The above stay. The info says that you can use multiple purchases on consecutive nights and later notes that stays can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge . I would be grateful if you would clarify this for me .

I can confirm that you're able to use vouchers on consecutive nights, subject to the vouchers valid dates and availability.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so if you wish to extend your stay on a night that's not available for itison vouchers, you can pay a supplementary charge direct to the hotel.

I’m happy to let you know we do offer a full refund on unused vouchers within 14 days of their purchase.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a classic double room with cream tea on arrival and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Jul 2018 until Fri 31 Aug 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

Please note limited availability on Friday and Saturday; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 20 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 

Double standard rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a twin, superior or balcony room for £50 per room per night; please discuss directly when booking.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Cream tea will be served on arrival at the Crinan coffee shop.

Free parking available.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 13’s require a supplementary charge of £35 per night when sharing with adults, ages 13 years and over are classed as adults and will require their own room and voucher.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
