Hi

can you please tell me if this voucher is accepted for a 7pm booking/

the restaurant has availability on website but i am concerned that the valid time states 5-7pm and I am unsure if this means we have to make reservation for 5pm which I cannot do

Card payments are required at the time of booking, but no payment will be taken. Payment will only be taken in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.

I’m looking to buy 2 vouchers (4 people) for a Christmas present. Do you have this deal or similar for your tasting menu that could be used after Christmas into the Spring?

Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Oct 2022 until Thu 1 Dec 2022, Wed - Fri & Sun 5pm - 7pm; subject to availability. 

Excludes Mon - Tue & Sat.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per table. 

Includes 6 courses each from a set menu; subject to frequent change.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 

Table required back after 2.5 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted; please note that there is no children's menu.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
