Hello. Can I book for the 8th-9th with this voucher? It says excludes 7-8 Aug and I wanted to check if that was both whole days or just the evening into the 8th?

I'm afraid as the 8th is an excluded date, a booking wouldn't be possible for the 8th-9th of August.

Our vouchers are a standard double, king or twin room only, but you're welcome to contact Deeside Inn directly to discuss the possibility and cost of using your voucher for a single room and they'll be happy to advise.

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Aug 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 7-8. 11-12, 14-15, 20-22, 24, 28-29 Aug, 4-6, 10-19 Sep 2-3, 10 and 24 Oct 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Nov - Dec:

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Tue 22 Dec, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 8 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double, king or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a Victoria wing or village view room for a supplementary charge per room per night: please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Add a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival for a supplementary charge of £20; to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.

Max of 2 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per child; children are classed as ages 0 -12yrs. Cots are provided free of charge. Please note there are a limited number of family rooms available.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
