When the deal says valid for 7 days.. does this mean it has to be PURCHASED within 7 days or USED within 7 days

I can confirm when we say valid 7 days, we just mean this can be used every day of the week instead of only on specific days.

We stayed on ITISON voucher at least 5yrs ago and was stated as being recently refurbished then. Notice description states same again...has it been refurbished again recently? If so, rooms/dining room look unchanged.

  • 2 night stay for two including a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival, dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Feb 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 15-18 Apr 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 9 Jun 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Standard twin or double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a king room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 & 3: Includes a main course dinner each from set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge may be required for some dishes including steaks; payable directly. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options available. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Children permitted; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Pets are not permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
