Can I book a room that will take 2 plus 1 teenager and can we add breakfast

I can confirm a maximum of 2 children are permitted in an upgraded family room. To book, please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.

To discuss adding on breakfast too, please contact the hotel directly and they'll be happy to advise.

It says online booking only so do you get a code to use on the apex website? How can I check the dates that I would like?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Apr - May: 

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Jun - Sep:

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 23 -25 Jun, 7 - 22 Aug and 21 - 23 Sep 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays throughout Apr - Sep; payable directly to hotel.

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
