Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 1 Dec 2021 - 28 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Fridays, Saturdays and stays commencing between 10-14 & 17-21 Oct 2021; payable direct.

Dec '21 - Feb '22:

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 31 Dec 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable direct.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay in a Quay view double or twin room.

Upgrades to suites are available; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
