Hi I just bought a deal that said it was valid until April 2021 but when I bought it it has said valid until 31st January but we are in lockdown for 3 weeks taking us up until the 16th jan how will this affect the person I have bought a gift for

I'm afraid option 1 is only valid until the 28th of February 2021, and is valid for EH postcodes only. If it helps, I'm happy to let you know option 2 is valid to use until Friday 30th of April 2021.

If this means your order is no longer suitable, it's no problem to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply sign in to your account and head to My Vouchers. From there:

- Select View Voucher for the order in question.
- Select Get help or cancel this voucher.
- Select I’d like to cancel my voucher.
- Choose the reason for your cancellation request from the drop-down menu, add a comment and select Request a cancellation.

Is this deal available during current COVID restrictions up to February 1st ?

I'm afraid we don't know when the current restrictions will be lifted and the hotel is currently closed, but you are still welcome to book for a future date and, so long as the restrictions at the time allow, we do hope you enjoy using this voucher a little further into the year.

I've bought 2 vouchers but they say EH postcode but I wanted the b&b bottle of wine and £25 can you please advise me on this as if this isn't the case I will need to cancel

I can see you have purchased option 1 instead of option 2 but I'm afraid option 1 is valid for EH postcodes only. If it helps, I'm happy to let you know option 2 is valid to use until Friday 30th of April 2021.

Option 1: Voucher is valid for EH postcodes only and valid until Sun 28 Feb 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 17 Jan 2021. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Feb 2021.

Option 2: Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Jan 2021 until Fri 30 Apr 2021, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 12-13 Feb and 4 Apr 2021. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Apr 2021.

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
