Why do I have to pay for the voucher before I can check availability ? Backwards procedure, I understand you get it back but this can take up to 7 days.

  • 1 or 2 night stay for four in a Superior apartment suite

Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Jul 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 6 Sep and 30-31 Dec 2020,  1 Jan and 12-14 Feb 2021 and Friday's and Saturday's in April and May.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.

Stay in a Superior suite.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Children are permitted and included within the headcount. 0-2 year olds are free of charge and cots will be provided.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
