What age does the child ticket cover?

Hi Anthea,

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm there are three options for this deal:

- £12 instead of £20 for one adult pass for the Ghost Bus Tour
- £18 instead of £33 for one adult and one child pass for the Ghost Bus Tour
- £25 instead of up to £50 for two adult and one child OR one adult and two child passes for the Ghost Bus Tour

How can i book it? It says By e-mail only but what is the email address? Can I check somewhere availability before buying the voucher?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking by email immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

One adult pass OR

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Thur 7.30pm, Fri & Sat 7.30pm or 9pm; subject to availability.

Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Duration: approx. 1 hour 15 mins. Please note tours are non-stop.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Not recommended for under 5's; ages 6 - 15 are classed as children and must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Meeting point: bus departs from Waverley Bridge, located opposite the Princes Mall exit of Waverley station, next to Princes St Gardens and next to the Scott Monument. Please meet at least 10 minutes prior to the bus departing.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
