Maximum delivery: up to 6 working days. Deliveries are made on Wednesdays or Fridays. No signatures are required.

Redeeming your voucher requires signing up to a 4-weekly subscription service in which you will be billed monthly on the same day as the subscription begins. Each monthly subscription will be charged at the same price.

Subscriptions can be paused (for 1 or 4 weeks) amended or cancelled at any time by using the 'Manage Subscriptions' section when logged in.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

We hope you’re delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we’re happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

Goods cannot be returned. If goods do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, Farmison & Co, at their discretion, may offer a voucher or full refund to the value of the goods within 2 days of a complaint being received.
