I can confirm rooms can be upgraded to a family room for a supplement of £40, and children are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per child, including breakfast. All supplements are payable directly to the hotel.

Is the food any better we went there a year past November and afternoon tea was included in our two night stay on the first night went for dinner and it was very disappointing as one of our group sent back her chicken as was well undercooked the brought a hamburger / beef to replace it and it was raw in the middle then next day we thought afternoon tea can’t really go wrong with that all can say is think they make in batches as sandwiches were stale cakes were the ones from frozen shop and scones would make good door stops very disappointing Liz

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a dram on arrival, bottle of Prosecco in the room, breakfast, late check-out and optional 3 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two with a dram on arrival, bottle of Prosecco in the room, 3 course dinner on the first night, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Standard double/twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double double, family or king rooms - £40, special occasion room - £50; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Options 2 and 3: Includes a 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: fillet steak - £16, sirloin steak - £12; payable directly. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a welcome dram of house whisky on arrival and bottle of Prosecco in room. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 3 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per child, including breakfast. All other meals to be charged as taken; payable directly.

No pets permitted. 

Parking is available for £5 per day.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
