Hi there .. please can you advise if my daughter (age 10) and son (age 6) can join us for afternoon tea at Fizz. It’s my birthday on Wednesday .. my friend and I are looking for somewhere to go for a glass of and some lovely cakes with the children ... it will be 2 adults and 3 kids x

Has Fizz closed down? I was given an Itison voucher for Christmas for there, but the booking link wasn't working and a google search says it's permanently closed.

I have gift voucher for afternoon tea. It has to be booked online only, which I have tried. The site does not allow access unless a member or contributor.

Voucher is valid until Mon 23 Sep 2019, 7 days 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays in August

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Sep 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 30 people per table.

Option 1: Cream tea only.

Options 2 - 4: Afternoon tea only.

Menu subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

Option 3 includes a glass of fizz each.

Option 4 includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available; please note there are no disabled facilities.

Children permitted until 5pm. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
