Is it definite that there will be another person using their voucher at the same time? Was planning to get this as a gift but this makes me uncertain....

I can confirm a max of 2 people per group and the experience will be shared with an additional ticket holder.

To discuss their availability for one person on your chosen day you're welcome to contact Adventure 001 - Glasgow Airport directly and they'll be happy to advise.

If you can't book your preferred date for one person, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

2) If there are 2 hours total, with 30min observing and 30 mins flying what is happening during the other hour?
3) If I book this package for one person might I be joined by a stranger and not experiencing the flight on my own?

1) I can confirm this voucher is valid for Glasgow Airport only.

3) I can confirm there will be 2 people per group, any solo passengers will share the experience with an additional ticket holder.

Hi can I check can a 12 year old take part in the flying of the helicopter part of the offer?

And can I book this trip just for my 12 year old to go himself (I know he would go with a stranger who also has a ticket) as I don’t want to need to pay for myself too.

After buying your voucher, you'll be able to select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

  • Flight experience for one with 30 mins flying and 30 mins as an observer

Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Apr 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.

Please check availability with Adventure 001 directly.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Aug 2021 (We don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Duration: approx. 2hrs (approx 30 mins flying and 30mins observing).

Suitable for ages 12 and over.

Please bring weather suitable clothing.

Max of 2 people per group; experience will be shared with additional ticket holder.

Max passenger weight is 15 stone (95kg).

Max height is 6ft 4' (1.98).

Please consult your GP prior to booking to discuss any health restrictions that could affect you.

Flights are subject to cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or operational issues and you will be re-booked if this happens.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
