Questions and answers

The gentlemen's afternoon tea for two, is it a beer flight each (Three each) or three between both of you? I've had a look at their website and it isn't really clear. Three between two seems odd as it doesn't split evenly.

I have just purschased this as a Xmas gift thinking I would have at least 6 months to use it but noticed it has until mid November surely this is not correct ? I especially under current conditions.

I can confirm this voucher is only valid to use until the 26th of November 2020.

If this means your order is no longer suitable, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May until Sun 1 Aug 2021, 7 days, Sun - Thur 12noon, 2pm, 4pm or 6pm only, Fri & Sat 12noon, 2pm or 4pm only; subject to availability.

Collection is available daily at 11.30am or 1.30pm.

Excludes 1 Jan - 14 Feb 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance of your requested date.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Group bookings permitted; max 6 people per group.

Valid for gentleman's afternoon tea menu only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are not available. Changes cannot be made to the menu to accommodate dietary requirements.

Options 1 & 2: Includes a beer taster flight; your choice of any 3 tank or keg beers.

Option 3: includes a beer taster flight; your choice of any 3 tank or keg beers and a whisky cocktail each.

Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Table required back after 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available, please discuss requirements at time of booking.

Children permitted and must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
