Is there toilet/wash facilities in the family acvomodation

There aren't toilet/wash facilities in each accommodation, but the shower block and toilets are only a stone's throw away.

Are the sheets for the duvet etc provided, also is there any onsite/nearby places to eat?

Depending on the option you purchase, the double bed will be made up of duvet and sheets, but you may also be required to provide your own sleeping bag. All details are highlighted in the small print of this deal. You're certainly welcome to contact Ecocamp Glenshee directly to discuss local amenities on 01250 882284.

Hi, we have 2 young children and a small baby- would we all be permitted to stay in the family accommodation (bringing our own travel cot)?

A maximum of 2 children are permitted in Luxury family pod and shepherds hut. A maximum of 3 are permitted in the snug railway carriage; included in the overall headcount and must be under supervision of parent/guardian at all times.

What to expect

2 night stay for two in a romantic pod OR 

2 night stay for up to four in a luxury family pod OR

2 night getaway for two in a romantic shepherd's hut OR

2 night stay for up to four in a shepherd’s hut OR

2 night stay for up to five in the snug railway carriage

Voucher is valid until Tues 20 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 18 Dec 2017 – 5 Jan 2018 & the whole of Feb 2018.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 20 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm – 9.30pm, check-out 10am.

Option 1 Romantic pod: Raised double bed. Double bed is made up of duvet and sheets.

Option 2 Luxury family Pod: double bed with fresh linen and quilts for the adults. A futon mattress for children which converts into a sofa.

Option 3: Romantic shepherds hut: Raised double bed. Double bed is made up of duvet and sheets.

Option 4: Shepherds hut: 2 single beds either side of a table and a double bed. You must provide your own sleeping bag. Double bed is made up of duvet and sheets.

Option 5: Snug railway carriage: 3 extra wide bunk beds, including a pull out bed. Pillows provided, you must provide your own sleeping bags. Double bed is made up of duvet and sheets.

Sleeping bags can be hired for a supplementary charge of £2 per night; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplement, subject to availability; discuss directly with Ecocamp Glenshee.

Max 2 children permitted in Luxury family pod, shepherds hut. Max 3 permitted in the snug railway carriage; included in the overall headcount; must be under supervision of parent/guardian at all times.

No children permitted in romantic pod or romantic shepherd’s hut.

Pets are permitted; any damage caused by pets must be paid before leaving. Max of 2 pets.

If the property is left in an unacceptable condition, this will result in an additional cleaning surcharge of £30 payable before leaving. Any breakages must be paid for before leaving; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.

Ecocamp Glenshee is primarily a quiet family glamping site; music is only permitted if it cannot be heard by other guests and is not permitted after 9pm.

All lighting is solar powered and bringing a torch is recommended.

Please park in the sign posted car park and use the wheel barrows provided in the shelter to ferry your belongings up to reception, via the solar lit path.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
