Options 3 and 4 (two night stay) voucher is valid from Tue 23 Apr 2019 until Thur 27 June 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

All options exclude 3 - 6 May and 24 - 27 May 2019.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in between 3pm – 9.30pm, check-out 10am.

Romantic pod option sleeps two: double bed with sheets, quilt and internal heating.

Luxury family pod option sleeps up to four: double bed, linen and quilts for adults and a mattress for children which converts into a sofa in the day; includes internal heating.

Please note when bed linen is provided, beds will not be made up for arrival.

Sleeping bags can be hired for a supplementary charge of £2 per night; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Ecocamp Glenshee.

If the property is left in an unacceptable condition, this will result in an additional cleaning surcharge of £30 payable before leaving. Any breakages must be paid for before leaving; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.

Music is only permitted if it cannot be heard by other guests and is not permitted after 9pm.

All lighting is solar powered and bringing a torch is recommended.

Please park in the sign posted car park and use the wheel barrows provided in the shelter to ferry your belongings up to reception, via the solar lit path.

Communal Bothy available providing cooking utensils and hot water.

Ecocamp operate a strictly no smoking policy inside all accommodation including the toilets and Bothy.

Max of 2 dogs permitted; any damage caused by pets must be paid before leaving directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.

Romantic pod option: no children permitted.

Luxury family pod option: max of 2 children permitted within the overall headcount.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
