You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases are permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Bistro opening hours and full information can be viewed here. Bistro closed Mondays and Tuesdays. No pets permitted in restaurant.

Please bring bedding (duvet & duvet cover or sleeping bag, pillow and pillowcases) and towels.

Sleeping bags can be hired at £5 each or duvet, sheets and pillows at £10 each.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Loch Tay Highland Lodges.

Upgrades are not available; please note this site does NOT allow upgrades to hot tub properties.

No stag or hen parties permitted.

Includes an external fire pit and logs are available at reception; logs need to be pre-ordered at time of booking and payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.

Children included in headcount; max of 2 children permitted in addition to the voucher; children under 3 stay free of charge and children 3 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.

No wheelchair access available.

Wigwams:

Option 1: standard wigwam includes 2 x single beds (pull out extra bed between two singles); beds converted into seating during daytime. Wigwams have electricity which is not charged. Please bring crockery & cutlery.

Option 3: premium wigwam includes 1 x double bed and 1 x double sofa bed, integrated shower room, WC & wash basin. Electricity is charged using £1 cards which can be purchased online with booking or from reception. Basic crockery and cutlery is provided.

Additional adults can stay in wigwams for a supplementary charge of £25 per night; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.

Max of 2 pets are permitted in standard wigwams at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges.

No pets permitted in premium wigwams.

Domes:

Glamping dome available.

Includes 2 x single beds which join to make a king size bed; please bring crockery & cutlery.

Please note domes do not have gas or electricity.

The Dome is not suitable for children aged 5 or below during colder weather.

Max of 2 pets are permitted in a dome at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet; payable directly to Loch Tay Highland Lodges; subject to availability.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
