Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Jun - Sep:

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 14, 18, 22, 24, 28-29 Jun, 17 Jul and 9-12 Sep 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays for all stays Apr - Sep; payable directly to hotel.

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.

Overnight stay: stay in a standard double or twin room.

3 night stay: stay in a city view room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: city view - £10, superior room - £20, family room - £50, duplex suite - £60; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Should any Covid related government restrictions apply in regard to the provision of alcohol at the time of stay, non-alcoholic alternative will be offered.

Max of 2 children under 12yrs permitted; requires upgrade to a family room for £50 per night, breakfast included. Please discuss and pay directly with hotel.

No pets permitted except guide dogs.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
