A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

General

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a complimentary regular coffee per guest.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Prosecco may be substituted for bottle of wine if Prosecco not available.

Max of 1 child permitted per room; children are classed as 12yrs and under; a supplementary charge of £10prpn is required with meals paid for as taken; payable directly.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
