Hi, I had the same question- what happens if there is another lockdown restriction? The purchase is through itison so why must I refer to the hotel for their response?

If the hotel has to close as a result of another lockdown, we'll be happy to issue credit for your voucher in line with our Covid-19 guarantee: https://www.itison.com/pages/guarantee

In the event of individual room cancellations, the hotel's direct Covid-19 policy will apply. As this policy can and may change, I'd recommend contacting them directly for more info and they'll be happy to advise.

I have bought the voucher but it won’t take my booking for 6th March for 2 nights and can’t book through hotel can you advise also I am waiting on a refund for a gusto restaurant voucher I bought back in feb and the voucher has been cancelled can I have my refund of £29 thanks

Would this voucher be refundable if local or national guidelines stated that travel would be restricted or for any other Government restrictions put upon us due to Covid that would prevent a person fulfilling their stay ?

What are the current covid guidelines? Can you sit in the bar after 6pm and also use the leisure facilities? Don’t want to purchase if I have to stay in my room from 6pm

  • 2 night stay for two with a £50 dinner credit on the first night, breakfast each morning and use of the leisure facilities

Voucher is valid until Thur 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 Jan 2021 until 2 Jan 2022 and 4 - 9 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. Date changes may be permitted; subject to availability.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night;  payable directly to hotel.

Includes a £50 dinner credit on the first night valid on the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
