Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, 7 days, 10am only; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; one reschedule is permitted 7 days before your booking.

Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

Each canoe can hold up to 4 people; can seat up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, however they are not limited to these numbers and can seat 1 or 2 people at a time. The 2 + 2 seating capacity is for children aged 5-8 years old. If any of the participants are older than 8 then the capacity is limited to 3 persons.

No swimming experience needed, buoyancy aid supplied each and must be worn. Wet suits are optional and available to hire for £2pp.

Suitable for ages 5+; children must be accompanied by an adult.

Max of 4 people per group.

No height restrictions.

Participants must weigh less than 18 stone and be fully mobile.

Photo I.D. must be presented on arrival.

Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions; in such instances another date will be made available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
