Hi,

I have just bought the Haar voucher for lobster and crab for £59. It said in the fine print that it was £9.95 p&p. I have got to the checkout to book it on the website and it says I need to pay £15? Why does it say that I've to pay £5 more?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to confirm after you've popped in your itison voucher code in the 'Discount Code' box, this should take it down to zero.

After you've popped in your delivery details, this will add £9.95 for delivery.

What to expect

Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Mar 2022, available for Friday delivery only; subject to availability.

Excludes Sat - Thur.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 22 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

UK wide delivery: £9.95 per item. Orders must be placed by 10pm on a Tuesday for delivery on Friday. Orders placed after 10pm on a Tuesday will be delivered the following Friday. Deliveries will be made between 11am and 6pm. Tracking information will be sent to members on the morning of delivery.

Set 2 or 3 course meal arrives cold with instructions on how to cook at home.

No vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 1: Includes a 70cl bottle of house white wine; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
