Just for clarity- the advert states that the stay is in a Superior room, is that correct? I'm questioning this as there would appear to be a supplement of £30 to update from a Standard room to a refurbished room? So for £69 are we staying in a superior room or a standard room?

I can confirm you'll be staying in a superior room with this voucher, and upgrades are also available for a supplement (to a feature room at £20 per room per night, or a four poster room at £30 per room per night). We've corrected the deal now.

I am interested in buying this deal for a gift, however its for my parents and they would need wheelchair access and an accessible room. Would you be able to get an accessible room on the deal?
If so, what is included in the accessible room? i.e. is it wheelchair accessible? What type of beds are they? Is it a shower or a bath?

Hi there we have stayed here many times in room 10 but always had our 2 dogs with us and I noticed that it says there are no pets allowed !!!! Are you not dog friendly now ?

I'm happy to let you know a maximum of 2 pets are permitted on this deal at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night, which is payable directly to the hotel.
