With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

- A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
- You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
- You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

Hi I have found out how to book now but having been online it is not showing any available Saturday dates for June even though it’s supposed to be available 7 days a week

Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Dec 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 12 Dec 2020, 1 Jan - 7 Mar 2021, 13 Mar, 3, 13, 15 - 17 Apr, 1, 12 - 13, 15, 28 - 29 May, 11 -13 and 18 Jun 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 1pm, late check-out 2pm.
