Hi there,

I would want to book this deal for the 25th June for 2 nights, 2 adults and 1 child. Would you have the availability on those dates, for a family?
Also do we need to book in advance for evening meal, or could we decide once we are at the hotel?

Is there hotel availability for the Saturday 13th of November and Sunday 14th of November as these are the only dates I can make. I have bought a few vouchers lately from this website and then gone to book the accommodation and there is no avail and then I have had to request refunds.

  • 2 night stay for two with breakfast, leisure access and optional £20pp dinner allowance

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 17 Mar 2022; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 5-7, 19-21 Nov, 11-12, 18, 23-26, 30-31 Dec 2021 and 1-31 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.

Standard room double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes £20pp dinner allowance on the first night, from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.

Swimming pool will be open under current government guidelines with a max of 4 people at a time with a one hour slot. Please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
