Hi , I was wondering what happens in case if we cannot use the vouchers as planned. We are traveling with small kids so never know when they are going to be sick for example. Can we have a refund even if the vouchers are booked earlier?

Does the hotel take a small dog

Hi why is it that your hotels charge for a dog such as ours small doesn’t shed hair and is well trained it’s putting us of now booking these trips as the travel to get to you is expensive enough?

2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival, dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Tue 1 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 17, 18, 21, 22 & 24 - 26 Apr 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard inland view room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: harbour view £20 or sea view £30; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2 and 3 includes a £25 per person dinner allowance towards food and excludes drinks; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner allowance is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Children permitted; ages 5 and under require a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night and ages 5 – 12 years are £30 per child per night; payble directly to hotel. Ages 12+ require their own room as fold up beds are suitable for ages 12 and under only. Meals paid for as taken.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
