Am I correct in thinking that the deal is only available for the Friday and Sunday nights without paying the £15 supplement, therefore if you want to stay for 2 consecutive nights you have to pay a supplement?

Also. a general query. All hotel/meal offers are for 2 - is there any discrimination made on any of the deals if you are a single traveller on a hotel deal for 2 or if you eat alone on a meal for 2 deal?

I can confirm our offer is valid for an overnight stay, but multiple voucher purchases are permitted and can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. Thursday and Saturday stays incur a £15 supplement; payable directly to the hotel.

Although most of our vouchers are for two people to use, you are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid.

We are here now after buying this voucher and the manager has told us it doesn’t include Prosecco unless you book an executive room?? They have given it to us but said it was a good will gesture! Can you confirm the voucher was to include Prosecco?

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco, breakfast, a regular Costa coffee, early check-in and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 12 Sept 2019 until Sun 29 Dec 2019, Thur - Sun; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays - Wednesdays and 16 Nov, 7, 14 Dec 2019.

A supplement of £15 per room per night applies to Thursday and Saturday night stays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 3 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on multiple nights.

Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Package includes extra pillows, larger towels, complimentary mineral water & biscuits, iron and ironing board, newspaper, 10% lunch or dinner discount during your stay, early check-in, late check-out and a complimentary regular Costa coffee each on arrival.

Max 2 children permitted, free of charge; subject to availability. Children 11 years and under can stay in a double + single bed room, no supplement. Extra bed/cot can be provided subject to availability. All meals are payable as taken.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
