Hi with 2 vouchers (and therefore 2 rooms) would it be OK to bring 2 adults and 3 kids under 12?

Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023 7 days; subject to availability.

One night stay is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022.

Two night stay is valid from Mon 3 Oct 2022 

Excludes 5 - 7 Oct, 30 - 31 Dec 2022, 1 Jan, 18-19, 25-27 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 24 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Card details required for booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of wine on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Free onsite parking available.

Children permitted; children are classed as under 12. Can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child in a room. Children stay for free including breakfast. Those 12 and over are classed as adults. Additional adults require a supplementary charge of £35; payable direct.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
