Why does this site ask for payment before I select the dates for staying

I'm happy to let you know a maximum of 1 child is permitted on this deal. Children under 12 stay free in a cot or z bed, with all meals being paid for as taken directly to the hotel.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast and late check-out OR

Overnight stay for two with dinner, breakfast and late check-out OR

2 night stay for two with dinner on the first night, breakfast both mornings and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10 per room is required for Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 and 3 include a £25 per person dinner allowance; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner allowance is on the first night only.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 12s stay free in a cot or z bed, all meals are charged as taken; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted in limited pet friendly rooms at a supplementary charge of £8 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
