Hi I'm not quite sure what the position on children staying is if they are part of the headcount does that mean 1 voucher would only cover 2 peoplerehardless of age ... so either my husband and I and pay for my daughter separately ?? or just me and my 2 year old ?
Claire, 13:12, 15/10/19
Hi Claire,
Thanks for getting in touch!
While our vouchers cover 2 people in total - adults or children - you can request a travel cot for an infant aged 2 and under to stay in addition to 2 adults.
I hope this helps!

Hi. If I want to book for myself, husband and 2 children (14.7) sink need to book 2 vouchers? Will we have seperate rooms? Thanks
Emma, 14:19, 17/10/19
Hi Emma,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I can confirm children are added into the headcount so would need a voucher of their own.
To discuss whether this would be with a family room or 2 separate rooms please contact Kilconquhar Castle directly by calling 01333 340501 and they'll be happy to advise.
I hope this helps!

Hi,
It says children are included in head count, does that mean I have to buy 2 for 2 adults and 1 child as there is no single person option?
Thanks
Lisa, 00:06, 24/10/19
Hi Lisa,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Kilconquhar Castle directly on 01333 340501 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.
I hope this helps!

Are very well behaved and cute collie dogs allowed in the bar area?
Frank, 00:24, 15/12/19
Hi Frank,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I can confirm a max of 1 dog is permitted; please note dogs must not be left in the room unattended and cannot go into the leisure centre or bistro. You're welcome to discuss this further with Kilconquhar Castle directly on 01333 340501 and they'll be happy to advise on their terms and conditions.
I hope this helps.
