Hi I'm not quite sure what the position on children staying is if they are part of the headcount does that mean 1 voucher would only cover 2 peoplerehardless of age ... so either my husband and I and pay for my daughter separately ?? or just me and my 2 year old ?

While our vouchers cover 2 people in total - adults or children - you can request a travel cot for an infant aged 2 and under to stay in addition to 2 adults.

I can confirm children are added into the headcount so would need a voucher of their own.

I can confirm a max of 1 dog is permitted; please note dogs must not be left in the room unattended and cannot go into the leisure centre or bistro. You're welcome to discuss this further with Kilconquhar Castle directly on 01333 340501 and they'll be happy to advise on their terms and conditions.

What to expect

1 or 2 night stay for two with full Scottish breakfast and leisure access 

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Mon 30 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan, 7 - 15 Feb 2020.

A supplementary charge of £10 per room is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Vouchers are non-refundable once booked with Kilconquhar Castle Estate; dates can be changed if required.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 1pm, check-out 10am.

Standard double or twin room available; please note each room opens to the exterior of the castle building and does not connect to the main building.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Leisure facilities include swimming pool, snooker tables, table tennis, fully equipped gymnasium, saunas, putting greens, a driving range, tennis courts and a children’s play park.

Free parking available.

Children permitted and are included in head count; a travel cot can be requested for ages 2 and under; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted; please note dogs must not be left in room unattended and cannot go in to the leisure centre or bistro.

No wheelchair access.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
