Questions and answers

We hold a Residents’ Association meeting at 945 today! Discussion of events for members from St Andrews - could you consider an event starting at 515pm with the group of approx 20 changing from distillery to apothecary at half time ( 10 per group? )

Or could it start earlier with afternoon tea? We think of an afternoon in May?

I'm afraid this voucher can only be used from 10am–4pm until Friday 19th April 2019 and the maximum group size per tour is 8 people.

What to expect

Distillery tour and tasting for two or four

OR

Apothecary tour for one or two with a 20cl bottle of your own hand-labelled Aqua Vitae each to take away

Voucher is valid until Fri 19 Apr 2019, 7 days, 10am – 4pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 1 Apr 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Distillery tour: bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Apothecary tour: bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted. 

Over 18s only.

Distillery tour duration: approx. 1hr; max of 12 people per tour.

Apothecary tour duration: approx. 2hrs 30mins; max of 8 people per tour. Includes a 20cl bottle of Aqua Vitae each to take away.

Takeaway carriers for samples are available for those who are driving.

Wheelchair access available.

Dogs are permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
