I was looking at the availability for the Loch lodges but when I enter the party details in the main website (1 adult and 2 children) I am told I can't book that party size in that lodge. Can you check if the Loch lodges can accommodate this party size? Loo king at two nights during week commencing 14th Oct. Thanks

I'm afraid online booking isn't permitted for this deal, and there should instead be an email address on your voucher where you can send all your party details to check availability.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I can confirm this voucher excludes all Friday and Saturday bookings, and a supplement can't be paid to include these dates.

What to expect

2 or 3 night stay in a Ben Eco Lodge for two with breakfast welcome pack, bottle of wine on arrival and a boat ticket each

OR

2 or 3 night stay in an en-suite Loch Eco Lodge for two with breakfast welcome pack, bottle of wine on arrival and a boat ticket each

Voucher is valid until Thur 19 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Options 1 & 2 Ben Eco Lodge requires a supplement of £10 per night for Fridays and Saturdays.

Options 3 & 4 Loch Eco Lodge requires a supplement of £20 per night for Fridays and Saturdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 5 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

A security deposit of £50 is required per lodge prior to arrival; payable directly to Loch Katrine.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.

Ben Eco lodge sleeps two in a double bed and two in bunkbeds. Please note Ben lodges do not have en-suite facilities. Includes bed linen and towels.

Loch Eco lodge sleeps two in double bed and two in fold down bed. Includes bed linen, towels and en-suite facilities. 

Includes a breakfast welcome pack and bottle of red or white house wine on arrival.

Dining facilities are available on site at Steamship Cafe for breakfast and daytime meals.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Loch Katrine.

Children under 3 stay for free, ages 3-16yrs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per child per night or additional adults at £10 per adult per night; payable directly to Loch Katrine.

Max of 2 extra guests permitted per lodge. Please inform Loch Katrine at time of booking with details of any additional children or adults in your party.

Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per stay; payable directly to Loch Katrine; please advise at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available on board the steamship Sir Walter Scott and in some lodges; please advise at time of booking.

Includes one sailing ticket each for a 1 hour cruise on the Steamship Sir Walter Scott or the Lady of the Lake.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
