I can confirm each voucher is valid for two people. Multiple vouchers are permitted but these can't be used on consecutive nights.

Hello, can you take a dog on the cruise? I know the lodges are dog friendly and we wouldn’t want to leave him while we went on the boat!

What to expect

2 or 3 night stay in a Ben Eco Lodge for two with one welcome pack and a boat ticket each

2 or 3 night stay in an ensuite Loch Eco Lodge for two with one welcome pack and a boat ticket each

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Sept 2018 until Mon 17 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 12 - 21 Oct, 2 & 3 Nov 2018.

A supplementary charge is required per lodge per night for Friday & Saturday stays: Ben Eco Lodge £10 and Loch Eco Lodge £20; payable directly to Loch Katrine.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.00am.

Ben lodges: sleeps two in a fixed double and two in bunkbeds. Equipped with a combo microwave, fridge and sink; Freesat HDTV; free WiFi, lighting and heating; use of nearby toilet and shower facilities. Please note Ben lodges do not have ensuite facilities. Includes bed linen and towels.

Loch lodges: sleeps two in double or king size bed and two in fold down bed. Includes luxury bed linen and towels; en-suite facilities with walk in electric shower; equipped with a combo microwave, fridge and sink; Freesat HDTV; free WiFi, lighting and underfloor heating.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Loch Katrine.

Children under 3 stay for free, ages 3 – 16 are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per child per night or additional adults at £8 per adult per night; payable directly to Loch Katrine.  Please inform Loch Katrine at time of booking with details of any additional children or adults in your party.

Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £8 per night; payable directly to Loch Katrine; please advise at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available; please advise at time of booking.

Includes sailing ticket for Lady of the Lake or the Steamship Sir Walter Scott one hour cruise; the 1 hour cruise departs from Trossachs Pier.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
