I received your email at 0718 this morning and was disappointed to see that already the voucher for 6 people, 3 bed lodge at Loch Lomand was already sold out.

Do these emails go out at different times?

Would of definitely booked this for January 2021 to celebrate 50th Birthday!

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, valid for Monday and Wednesday check-ins only; subject to availability.

Excludes Tue, Thur - Sun check-ins and 23 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan and 7 - 18 Feb 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sat 2 Jan 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

Includes stay in luxury lodges and apartments subject to availability.

All guests are required to contact Lomond Luxury Lodges on the morning of arrival with card details to pre-authorise for a security deposit of £100 per lodge.

Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with Lomond Luxury Lodges.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Option 1: one bedroom apartment sleeping max of 2 people.

Option 2: two bedroom lodge sleeping max of 4 people.

Option 3: three bedroom lodge sleeping max of 6 people.

Check-in 3pm – 5pm, check-out 10am.

Options 2 & 3: Please note hot tub hours are strictly 10am-10pm, music is not allowed to be played outside as a courtesy to other guests.

Free onsite parking available.

Children are included in the overall headcount.

No pets permitted, unless agreed with the owners at the time of booking.  Supplementary charge of £40 applies.

Wheelchair access available, please advise at the time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
