I tried looking on the hotel’s website and there doesn’t appear to be an option to add the itison voucher to the order. It is trying to charge full price. Do I need to book over the phone instead?

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a city room with a glass of Prosecco on arrival OR
  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two in an upgraded castle view superior room  a bottle of Prosecco on arrival & breakfast each morning 

Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.

City Room: Stay in a double or twin City Room.

Superior Room: Stay in a Castle View Superior Room. Rooms can be upgraded to Castle View Superior with a balcony for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Superior Room: Includes breakfast each morning. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Plus a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

City Room: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Please note that due to existing government guidance the pool and gym will not be open in any hotel at the moment.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
